Supporting your child
As much as possible I like to take wellbeing coaching outdoors and into nature's classroom! However, sometimes that just isn't possible and sessions can then take place in whatever environment the young person feels most comfortable in. This could be in the home, in a cafe or anything in-between - flexibility is key!
Fresh air and wellbeing coaching are a powerful combination. I partner reflective and thought-provoking exercises with the unrivalled power of nature to create sustainable positive changes in young people.
Distance and time can't be allowed to dictate an individual's path to happiness and fulfilment. I offer comprehensive coaching over Skype, FaceTime or the phone, to make positive changes as accessible as possible for adults and young people.
Tom is great. He’s been brilliant with our teenage daughter who’s suffered with some confidence and anxiety issues after being bullied at school. His informal, friendly, outdoor and active style (no couches or ‘tell me how you feel’ with Tom!) has worked brilliantly and has really helped her re-discover herself and develop some workable coping strategies. And he’s fun too. He’s made our daughter laugh again during what has been a difficult time for everyone, including because of COVID. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend him more strongly.
