Coaching in Schools
The school day is a busy time for all involved. I can work closely with staff and use my experience of school life to plan and implement coaching to fit around any environment. My aim is to make staff workload lighter - not the other way around!
Whether as part of an off-timetable wellbeing day, or targeted interventions over a period of time, wellbeing coaching can help your students learn the vital skills of regulation and self-control. The ability to exercise self-control and has been shown to be one of the greatest dependants of success in life.
Coaching will empower young people and provide them with the emotional resilience to foster success. Give your students and your school the boost they need to achieve their potential.

Courses for happier, more fulfilled students
1 - Sleep, Screens, Stress & Happiness
MINDmatter’s lifestyle workshop takes a holistic approach to informing students how to effectively boost their own wellbeing. I make the fundamentals of wellbeing relevant and engaging whilst also future-proofing students with the tools and understanding to maintain a positive relationship with their devices and social media.
Happier students lead to a happier and more productive school environment, where young people feel supported and able to build stable relationships with their peers and teachers. From exams to the sports field or the playground, these are strategies and techniques for life.
2- Behaviour for Learning
I will work with your students to give what some experts call the single most important 'predictor of success'.
By helping young people to put space between their thoughts and actions, we facilitate impulse control which is widely recognised as being hugely important for success, both professionally and personally.
By providing an accessible understanding of the science behind our feelings and emotions, students can then take steps to change their unconscious behaviours and put them in the best possible state to fulfil their potential.
3- How do successful people motivate themselves?
Learn the strategies that some of the world’s most successful people in a variety of fields motivate themselves and prepare for life’s tough tasks.
Whether it’s eating healthier or putting in an extra hours revision, this workshop will help your students achieve their potential through effective goal setting and 'future pacing'.
