Service Description

Effective care starts by looking after yourself. Parenting can sometimes be one of the hardest jobs: fulfilling and immensely rewarding while also draining and thankless. Learn to down-regulate your own stress, so you can be the calm and emotionally available your child/ren needs - so they can learn to manage their feelings and behaviours in helpful ways too. Tune up your personal wellbeing to allow the best version of yourself to shine through. Share experiences, wins and setbacks in a safe and supportive small-group environment that will equip you with enhanced coping skills to pass on to your child/ren.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund from a cancellation up to 7 days before the start of a course. Less than 7 days notice before the start of the course can be provided with a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, on the day of, or after the start of the course, will receive no refund.
